Hello. You received a text (SMS) message and/or email telling you that someone found your lost keys (or other item). Call the finder back on their mobile number. This is in the message we sent you. If convenient, arrange to meet them somewhere. You must give them £7.50 cash. They must then give your keys back to you. For security reasons, we suggest you not give them your address. Arrange to meet them somewhere public - not at your home/office.
We can also recover your keys if you would prefer that. Call the finder back and ask them to call 01624 618646 and leave a message with 1) the Keysback serial number (the one on your keys), 2) their full name, address and contact phone numbers. Ask them to put the keys in a strong padded envelope and mail it to us (no stamp required). We will then send them a cheque for £7.50. Our mail address is:

At the same time you must send us a cheque for £7.50 made payable to Keysback. When we receive your keys back, we bank your cheque and then return your keys to you.
