Area Covered

Our Freepost address covers the entire United Kingdom and offshore islands (anywhere with a UK PostCode). So this is the area we usually recover items/keys from and return items/keys to.

We recover your items as soon as we can regardless of where you lose them. This may involve some additional expense if they are recovered outside the UK. For example we may incur extra mailing or courier expenses if our normal UK-only FreePost address can not be used. We usually absorb this extra expense, but if it is excessive we may seek to recover some of it from you.
